A 404 page shows the error that you receive when you try to visit a webpage that doesn’t actually exist. When people hit a 404 page on your site you run the risk of them leaving your site unless there is something there to persuade them otherwise. That’s where you need to start thinking creatively like the clever people who built the 404 pages below.
A lot of the pages show an imaginative, inventive and quite original way of thinking that surpasses the usual technological jargon whilst keeping you focused on the task in hand – that is to navigate your way through their website.
