Royal Mail has recently issued a set of stamps, designed by Hat-trick Design, commemorating the Royal Shakespeare Company‘s 50th anniversary.
The set of six stamps feature RSC actors in famous productions such as Hamlet and The Tempest, along with a well known line from the play in question, hand written by the award winning illustrator Marion Deuchars.
A miniature sheet was also created, which comprises four stamps showing the theatres where the RSC has performed in Stratford-upon-Avon through the years.
